Gleeds appoint new director of cost management in Leeds

Gleeds is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Hartley as Director of cost management based in Leeds.

Tim re-joins Gleeds having spent over 25 years at Faithful+Gould, during which time he was responsible for the management and expansion of several of the firm’s regional offices including Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds and Warrington.

Tim has extensive knowledge of a range of disciplines within the built environment and a particular focus on the commercial property sector. His new role will see him heading up the cost management team in Leeds, as well as assisting with income generation and growth across all services and sectors in Yorkshire and the North West.

Commenting on his appointment, Tim said; “I am delighted to be re-joining the team at Gleeds where I started my career as a graduate quantity surveyor many years ago. I look forward to utilising the expertise I have garnered since to enhance Leeds’ service offering both locally and across the region”.
