80,000m² Port City, Mariupol
Gleeds was appointed by Oschadbank on the development of Port City’s mall in Mariupol, which opened in 2013. Construction began in 2008.
The shopping centre includes a Tam Tam hypermarket and more than 200 stores featuring leading brands -the retail area alone covers 40,000m².
Visitors can also find a bowling alley, cinema, skating rink, children centre, fitness centre, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes and parking for 2,255 cars.
Port City Lutsk – Volyn’s largest mall
Advising Ukreximbank, Gleeds advised on the second Port City shopping mall in Lutsk.
At 40,000m², the centre offers a skating rink, bowling, play area, food court, a host of retail stores and underground parking covering a total area of 54,000m².
