Restacking the existing Microsoft offices and fit out and refurbish 4 existing occupied floors.

Microsoft requires restacking the existing offices and to fit out and refurbish 4 existing occupied floors Smart Village, Cairo at roughly area of 3,000 sqm, the new office is to accommodate 284 staff across 3 floors with 1 floor allocated as customer Space based on a Workplace Assessment provided by Microsoft.

Scope is to demolish/upgrade the current fit out to address MS’ requirements that the building operations continue throughout the duration of the works.
