Gleeds worked with Marionnaud to revamp its 1,000m² flagship store on the Champs-Elysées.
Open every day until midnight, the 2 storey building underwent a full renovation in just 4 months.
The 30-year-old luxury cosmetic and perfume brand was looking to extend the range of services that it offered to its Parisian store’s customers. We worked closely with Marionnaud to translate their vision into a practical and technically sound solution.
A full makeover
Part of the brief was to add an extra 100m² and a mezzanine level, to incorporate a new make-up bar, manicure area and a nail bar. Challenges included:
- A 4-month schedule
- A complicated location and layout
- A partially occupied site
