Ray Chisnall manages Gleeds’ operations in China and is a Regional Director for our Asia Pacific business. Ray has lived in Asia for 20 years and has 30 years’ experience in all aspects of property and construction consultancy across the region.
A well-known industry figure in the market, Ray is also:
- Chair of the Construction and Property Focus Group for the British and Australian Chambers of Commerce (Shanghai)
- Vice-chair of the PPP Steering Committee with representatives from FCO, UKTI, CBBC and the private sector
- A regular speaker at conferences and seminars; having delivered PPP seminars in Shanghai, Beijing and another 6 cities on behalf of the FCO to members of the local government departments.
- Working with UKTI and the FCO on their HVO, PPP & Healthcare initiatives
Ray is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (MIChemE).
