Menagerie Project Technical Due Diligence

Gleeds was appointed by Macquarie to undertake a Technical Due Diligence review on a shopping mall in Changping District, Beijing from the final stages of construction to handover.

We were drafted in to review all government approvals and identity any defects across civil infrastructure, the facade, landscaping and MEP work. We also completed a cost assessment for all the defects and provided detailed handover advice.
